Lose 4 Pounds Fast With 3 Day Low Calorie Diet - Only 900 Calories a Day

This low calorie diet plan will allow you to lose 4 pound fast and easy. This is 3 day diet plan which is followed by 4 normal days (without gluttony). Each day consist of 900 calories. 1st day:
Breakfast: Black coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of bread, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or jam.
